Modern Men’s Health is a Management Services Organization (MSO) and, as such, is not a covered entity under HIPAA.
However, because this website collects health interest information (such as the services you are interested in), we have adopted practices consistent with the spirit of HIPAA and applicable California health privacy law.
What Health-Related Information We Collect
Through waitlist and booking forms on this website, we may collect:
- The type of service you are interested in (e.g., testosterone therapy, weight loss, IV therapy)

We do not collect formal medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, or treatment histories through this website.
How We Handle This Information
- Health interest information is used solely to route your inquiry to the appropriate affiliated provider and to follow up on your request.

- Information submitted through forms is transmitted securely and stored with reasonable access controls.
When You Become a Patient
Once you engage with an affiliated licensed medical practice and a patient-provider relationship is established, that practice becomes subject to HIPAA in its full application. At that point, you will receive a formal Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) from the treating practice, which will govern how your protected health information (PHI) is handled.
Your Rights Regarding This Information
You may request that we delete the information you submitted through any form on this website by emailing us at info@modernmenshealth.com. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
